Spoke too soon, GTHAUS got back with me today. Said they are taking pre-orders but have a few in production already that are for sale. Lead time 3-4 weeks for those.

Based off what I see from their other kits, the price normally includes an x-pipe. So, my thinking is that the SGT would be $1998, but include an x-pipe. If not, this system's pricing is way out of line compared to the Mustang and Corvette systems.

If you would have said this for the GTC system I maybe could believe, but the SGT is axle back only at that price. Look at Corsa and Borla, axleback are around 1200...that extra 700 is due to name i bet and not inclusion of the xpipe. I promise you I hope Im wrong, as i really like this exhaust (GTC) but I cant justify spending 4k GTC with xpipe for basically a cat back, especially when the Corsa axle back and Borla xpipe combo sounds awesome as well.

confirmed, just takled to someone on the phone, the GTC, GTS, and SGT are all axle back and the xpipe is an additional 998......that would be 4k for the one i want....crazy! I agree the prices are not in sync with the Camaro community as a whole, but GT Haus does mainly cater to high-end cars so maybe they dont know how to price things effectively....lol....the saying you have to pay to play applies here.

Yeah, something is up with their pricing. I would agree with the pay to play thing but take a look at some of the other systems. The Corvette SGT system is $1798 and it includes a freaking x pipe. The Mustang GT350 GTC system is $1998 and it includes an x pipe as well. I don't see how the Camaro system could be any more expensive to manufacture. So the pricing makes no sense. I guess I'll stick with my Kooks axleback unless something changes.
