Aftermarket Headlight Housings

Hello everyone,

I have a 2019 2.0 and in the pic below the headlights on the left is what i have. The headlights in the middle or the right is what i want. According to the dealer placard it says "headlamps, halogen projector" and "daytime running lamps, LED". I would only like to swap out the housing not the bulbs or wiring if possible so i included the info about the headlight and drl.

Dealer headlight housings are probably expensive as hell. But what about aftermarket headlight housings? i'm ok with whatever the stuff looks like inside the housing. It can be blacked out or shiny, colors dont matter. As long as the shape of the housings are the same as in the middle/right car in the pic below. Can anyone recommend me some brand names for aftermarket housings? the cheaper the better.

There are no aftermarket 19+ headlights that I know of, but give it about another year or so. Retrofit Source usually comes out with a nice upfit light for base models. If you wanted to switch to the factory HID lights w/LED DRLs, you're probably looking at $1000+ per light at dealership pricing and you'll need a new grille to fit the longer housing. That's not accounting for any particular wiring needs.

Not impossible, but it's going to be spendy.

Yeah, TRS has a stunning LED replacement headlight for the 2016-18 that is much cheaper than OEM, let's hope they will release something for the 19+ as well.

I was planning on swapping out the bumper and grille too so thats not a big deal. I wasn't expecting to swap out headlights but i think i'll do the headlights as well since i like the other styles better. I just didnt want to pay dealership prices for them. Do the 2019 LTG, SS and ZL1 have different mounting points or something? or i guess 2016-2018 and 2019+ too. I figured that aftermarket headlights made for a SS would also bolt up to an LTG but i dunno. Thats not factoring fitment issues with the grille or bumper cause i already have a fix for that.
