Not familiar. But 38 HP and 50 ft pounds trq from an intake and a canned tune? No.

I can’t see how that box is any better than the stock one.

Anytime you see (up to xx power) that usually means with supporting mods. I’m not digging it.

Have been on the fence with the AFE package as well but I have yet to see a single review for it which has me second guessing it. May just go rotofab and find a local tuner

I have used AFe products on my other cars and Jeep with very positive results. The Afe product worked as advertised was easy to install etc.. I am interested in the carbon fiber race intake. Waiting for some feedback or reviews from the community. Or hey if they want to send me one ill do the reviews.

I run the AFE Pro 5R. I dont have dyno numbers, but am very happy with the fitment and the lack of sucking noise you get from the open filter designs.
I'm currently running the following mods and am very please with the performance.
Ported blower and snout
NW 103 TB
Grip Tech 2.31 upper
Kooks 2" with high flow cats
Mighty Mouse Catch Can
640 rwhp

Pic of the intake before the mods above

Thanks guys
Still undecided
I know I know just buy a rotofab but hard to find in Canada and there 700 bucks is what I got quoted. I just dont think it’s worth it. Since it’s just an open Intake and a plastic tube

Afe Momentum GT Pro 5R

I'm running the Momentum GT Pro 5R along with a Tony Mamo ported throttle body, no tune, no other mods and am quite pleased with the results. Believe it or not but I've chased down two Z06 corvettes and can overtake hellcats quite easily after entering triple digit territory. Surprised the hell out of me when it happened but I attribute the performance to four things:

1 I drive consistently with a heavy right foot so the ECM has learned to respond accordingly. 2 The cars I have slain so far were during weekends and clean which probably means they are driven as cruisers and their ECMs responded accordingly. 3 I catch my prey on the roll, never from a standstill. 4 The Momentum GT CAI and TM TB seem to work really well together especially on the top-end.

Bottom end torque improved significantly (butt dyno) but where the combo really shines is above mid to high triple digits.

not a fan of the look (I know you are not buying it for the looks).

how much horsepower is Rotofab claiming you will gain from their intake?

Can you elaborate on your ECM hypothesis?
