What you don't know is we have been doing Direct injection for over 15 years and a lot of what I am telling you is old news we have done all of these things we are doing now but on a different platform.

You can get all the fuel you need in less than 6ms to make 2000 + HP if you want it bad enough.

Ted.

I don't see it happening plus 30 injectors with enough fuel pressure was only making 900s and the ms were close to where you might be worried about detonation.

Plus 45 are out now.. that's not gonna be to much more!

Now if your talking 2000 with race fuel ok.. but I'm talking filling up at the pump on e85.

If you have been doing this for 15 years why the hell haven't you designed a better fuel pump and injector and been ahead of the curve? The DI injectors look similar and could be retrofired even if from another platform by now.

As far a fuel pump goes scavenge a belt driven diesel pump it works with more pressure than the LT platform..

I looked all over the net and I can't find any High horse power GDI motors with out port assist.

No ones done a big DI build yet and I haven't the money to waste on a theory on paper! I got what I could out of the Lingenfelter kit but I want more.. The UWE/Katech looks good on paper but its uncharted territory besides, you can never have enough power if your a dyno queen!(LAYNLO15)

We know 100% port and DI work together that's why i went that direction!

Are you saying you would risk 10 to 15k to see it work MAYBE? so to much a gamble for my blood!

You can get on the dyno as many times as you want. I guess living in Houston area it doesn't bother you to loose all summer not driving your car. Here is Missouri we don't have that option. Snow will be flying next month and then you'll be out driving while mines setting on the lift. Guess it works for both of us.

So far dyno queen makes less than a DI 2.3 and a DI non-ported 2650.

Losing on all fronts. Rough.

I am going to see how mine behaves this winter, put some all seasons on it a couple weeks back preparing for the Colorado weather.

It has a snow mode

That should be an interesting winter with your Camaro in Colorado. Mines never been driven in the snow and don't think I'd want to.

I picked mine up in north east Wyoming, had to drive through a blizzard on the way back home with the stock tires. Talk about sketchy.

Ok bud, if you say so..

https://www.magnusonsuperchargers.co...-62-386-bl.htm

Before I did cam and fuel system I made more than 50 or 60 hp.. Nice try!

Never seen anyone try so hard to prove me wrong I love it!

I saw what the red zl1 1le with the 2650 made how did it out perform mine? The power so low they removed the thread!

And there is no 2650 Magnuson on just 93 or just e85 making more than mine... running meth there are some if i chose to run meth I'd be past them!

you 2 punks need race fuel and slicks to be fast! Something totally impractical for 99% of people buying your blowers..

I don't think we have had a fair stock for stock comparison on both 2650's.

The only stock Maggie was a CARB tune which is probably way off what the fuel system can handle. Mine is 100% stock and under 5ms on the injectors. Still has room but I want to get the trans tuned before pushing it any further.

Let’s see. We got different fuels, different dynos, different lower and upper pulley combos pushing even smaller blowers considerably faster than bigger ones, different styles of injection, different environments, different heads and cams, some with methanol, some without, even different compressions with LT1s and LT4s, some engines with extra cubes, but everyone knows theirs is superior huh? These blowers are in their infancy and the limit has not been found on any of them. It’s too bad we can’t pat each other on the back and learn what works together. It’s more about trying to make ours the best one. If we’re comparing blowers capable of 1000 horsepower at a lower number how is one better? I understand brand loyalty but after awhile doesn’t fighting get old?
