LS9 cam with .650 valve springs

I already have .650 dual springs in heads from previous engine but going f/I now and was looking at new ls9 cam for 109$ on jegs. Great price for a blower cam but was wondering if my springs would be a overkill with this cam and damage valve train ?
Thanks

They are overkill. The force they apply online the valves to close make them jump. There was a good video by Brian tooley about that
