Okay, I can fill it to the top. I just filled it to the full cold line.

I finally decided to change my spark plug wires while the car is down over the winter and thought I would show for those who do not know why our coolant levels drop overtime. If you notice in the picture, there are two holes that act as a breather/preventative overfill on the tank.

so I'm new to Camaros, had Mustangs, and a Challenger few years ago, glad I stumbled across this thread. My level would change quite a bit, but always seemed to be low, so after seeing this thread, I added some Dex Cool to the small service port, added to the middle line, sure enough, the top reservoir is to the top now...

How would one go about getting the bubbles out? I never had bubbles until I had to change the thermostat. Lost some fluid, filled it back up and now have bubbles at the top.

As long as you don’t let lower tank get overly low the air in upper tank will work its way out, having some air in upper tank is not a bad thing. If you look on photo, the fill cold line is down a bit from the top

Good eye for detail - I hadn't noticed that marking before! However, the owner's manual specifies something slightly different for the final result, calling for the top tank to be filled "to the bottom of the fill neck." Not that big a difference from that "cold full" line, perhaps, but I figured it was worth mentioning what the owner's manual calls for.

I filled to the bottom of the neck. The fluid in the neck was higher than the air bubble section. So I stuck my finger down the neck to try and reach the bubble and found that I couldn't. There are separate chambers or sections in that top tank.
