Does this custom paint job (idea) look nice?

Hey guys, I am new to camaro6 and this is my first post so forgive me if I am doing something wrong... I am going to be saving up for a 2.0t camaro this summer and I am wondering if dark green would look nice, so I photoshopped it but cannot really figure out how to post it. So instead I made it my avatar. What do you guys think and how much would it cost for a 2 coat (my budget is a max of 3000).

P.S. would it attract cops more than red?

from the small pic it looks decent would need to see it in a larger format... from here looks like a forest green.

Agreed, not a good paint job anyway. Don't skimp on paint. I agree with wrapping it. You would be better off and it would not damage your value for resale. First thing I would notice (for resale) is the odd color and that it had been repainted. I would immediately associate that with an accident.

Alright, thank you all for the good advice. I feel like maybe I should save my money for mods if that is the case simply because I do not like the "gloss" that wraps give off.

Sidenote: maybe if i can find a clean example but for now i am not sure on wraps

you want to wrap not paint, a good paint job is 5000 to 10,000 bucks… Look for 3M or Avery 1080 satin finish… No gloss… Get a few samples at Metrorestyling.com…

You might hold off and see what hue the new Rally Green for 2020 turns out to be, you might like it.

Yeah but on the same hand, I want to buy used due to the depreciation curve. But a 1le would sound nice to have on the 2020s

Plenty examples of green in the background, but the car manages to capture none of it. Not sure who that really pleases.

The OP's green is a much better shade. The OP's green will be eye catching in any light. I imagine the rally green for 2020 is something you can only notice in direct sunlight.

Thanks again so much guys, I do not really like the 2020 rally green and have decided to wrap it with the right material so it wont look cheap.
