I sent an email with my order info and a photo. It was Sunday and I received a reply and replacement confirmation Monday morning. No hassle. Hope the new ones stay working because I really like them.

Ditto. Mine only had the front passenger go out, but replacement was a breeze. No complaints. I love them and they go with the NGM perfectly.

Both my front orange ones have gone out. I sent an email and havent gotten any confirmation back. What do I do?

I received mine on Saturday and installed them yesterday and 2 minutes after the install the front passenger blinked and went dim and then the driver side did the same. Another minute later they were both dark and I can smell an electrical burning smell. I removed them and the smell was definitely coming from the side markers. I contacted them and waiting for a response.

Sorry for the issues guys. We're not currently offering these for sale. We have a notice on the site (see below). Once we have the new sets in I will offer them again.

I've had a few sets go bad on me. JWM has been phenomenal as far as support. I'm hoping the next set has the voltage issues alleviated

Hi JWMotoring,


I just sent you an email as well. 2 of my side markers are having issues. The passenger-side front LED has a bunch of LEDs that are out in the middle and some are flickering and the driver-side rear LED isn’t coming on at all anymore.

Would you be able to ship me replacements please? I purchased these back in March of this year. I believe you now have markers that are a darker tint than the ones I have…do you still have the lighter colored ones you can send me that match the ones I currently have on the car? Sounds like maybe just send a whole new set? If there was a voltage issue then the other 2 probably aren’t far behind before they fail. :(
