Oil change multipoint inspection
So took my car in for its first oil change..everything came out good so far had a multipoint inspection as well..now my question is what comes with the multipoint inspection?? Has any thing has to do with being in my trunk?? Looking into my trunk there's two plastic button like screws on each side and on the right side it looks busted could they try popping it out and broke it?

Possibly checking battery terminals for corrosion?

Most dealers will allow you in the service bays where you drop the cars off, but not back in the mechanic's portion of the shop. They will tell you that it's because of liability.

Those multipoint inspections are one of the biggest scams they got going. You can do it just as good or even better with a flashlight and about 5 minutes of your time. Most of the suspension points are now sealed and lubed for life. So, it's not like the old days when there were a lot of things to check.
