1pm and you're transporting beer? Im pretty jealous, not gonna lie. Sorry about the beer-ness covering your car but hopefully you can get it all out and shampoo it and dry it before it sets in.

Last summer, my wife and I drove the Harley to Nova Scotia and toured the whole province......2,500 miles in 7 days. The last hotel we stayed at didn't have a restaurant or bar. I walked down the street and bought a 6 pack to enjoy in the room. (I do not drink and drive). We only drank 4 between the two of us, having 2 left over, I put them in the tour pack and headed for home the next morning.
After about 5 hrs. of driving, we stopped for an ice cream. Standing by the bike, I said "I smell beer". There was a stream of beer coming from the tour pack, out the antenna hole and a puddle on the ground. One of the cans popped open from the heat and vibration. Clothes, camera, maps covered with beer. Took about 3 weeks to get the smell out of the tour pack.

you gotta get the lloyds formed rubber mat for the trunk, it not only keeps things from sliding but if it did break it has a lip on the side to trap liquid!! Must have. I think it was 125.00, well worth it!

Yeah I shampooed it as soon as i got home and my dog cleaned up the rest...lol Now just got the trunk open, hopefully it'll air out. So much for the new car smell...it's officially broken in!!!!!
