Firestone Firehawk Indy 500? Good tire?
Just curious if anyone's run some of these on their Camaro yet. The price is a steal and I've read a lot of good things but just wanted to get some feedback.

Not sure anyone has purchased them I'm trying to decide between those and the Mickey Thompson's street. Honestly for me whatever has the best tread wear is what I'll go with they both get great reviews

I put a set on my SS in November. I don't have many miles on them, but so far they are great. The ride is smooth and quiet, and in the rain they have no problem at all. Plus the tread looks good. I think they are one of the best bang-for-the-buck tire deals out there.

I just replaced my rear tires with these. (I wonder why the rears were worn out and fronts still have 50%, lol)
Big improvement over the wide oval 500's for daily driving. Now I want to replace the fronts prematurely. They hook up really good in the rain too, so much so that it inspired me to post a good review. I was expecting wheel spin while winding out 2nd gear in the rain. They held traction better than expected. |

I have these tires, pretty good daily tires but the grip when you launch is not the same as stock Eagle F1's. Traction is better in the rain tho..

I agree with all above, but want to add.. Its a soft tire and if you are putting on a decent height sidewall, expect some flex there and loss of steering feel/wallowyness. I have them on my 335i bmw. Id use them ona low profile rim, but not again on the 335i.. ill grab some pilots and pony up.

Those Mickey Thompsons sucked on my best friends Mustang. He's a HPDE instructor and regretted them pretty quickly.
