Well, in that case I will wait to see what you guys come up with. Do you sell ported tubs or do you have customers send theirs in for porting? How much restriction does it remove?

I keep a core manifold in stock and do it on an exchange basis. I typically see a 1/2psi drop and a 10-15 hp gain. We do a more extensive porting process than the Magnuson "race" version manifold.

I've got it done on my TVS2300 LPE Kit!

As for the IAT's I don't think I have any huge issues but I run a bigger intercooler with fans so that helps not an ice box but it works!

You may not, depending on your blower RPM at your boost level. It's not uncommon for IATs to get up close to 140* in the 1/4 mile with a standard kit around 10psi. If we can get IATs down by 20* average, that's 3*-4* of timing at WOT, which can be worth 20HP or more. It usually doesn't matter on the dyno, because the runs are usually shorter. The problem isn't the heat exchanger, you can only get the Temps down to whatever ambient is. I have the Heartbeat heat exchanger here, and it's half the thickness of the old Maggie one. That speaks to the efficiency of the intercooler bricks in the Heartbeat. We are going for the same approach, improving the intercooler itself.

We should start a new thread on this but are you trying to build an intercooler to fit under the Maggie TVS 2300?

I will start a new thread once the prototypes come in. But yes, it will be a new brick in the jackshaft style TVS2300.

New Prototypes?
I read this thread & visited your website. Are the 3 items on the website all of the products you talked about in this thread? If so I misunderstood a post or two...

No, the first production run of the 10 rib setup was just completed. Not everything is currently listed, i.e. the 10 rib HD tensioner. Once that is all listed we will list any other items if we go ahead with production on the intercooler bricks.
