Any benefit tuning after gear ratio change?

I'm having parts installed -- is there any benefit to having the dyno tune performed after the gear ratio change or it doesn't matter?

Context:

(A) I've ordered parts for a gear ratio change (to 3.91) and limited slip differential upgrade.

(B) I've also ordered LT headers and Borla atak exhaust.

Different installers for (A) and (B), and it will get dyno tuned with (B).

Get it tuned after the exhaust install otherwise you're wasting money

That came off harsh, let me translate:

Your leaving horsepower on the table if you don’t get a tune. Also, your Speedo is going to be way off if you don’t get it calibrated for the gear change. So, it’s in your best interest to get the dyno tune.

Lol. Wasn't meant to be harsh. I was replying and realized I was short on time so I didn't finish the response.

That's correct though. Wait until you have both the exhaust and gears installed so you maximize your gains and don't have to go back for a Dyno session

IF this is an automatic car, the retuning is even more critical, as the transmission will not have the right shift schedule following the gear change, and you could get some very interesting (bad) behavior as the RPM and MPH schedules will not longer agree.
