That's the second time I've read about that happening on here since I signed up. (Two weeks of time.)

Got a call from the dealer, still didn't get the order code, but I was assured the order was made. I'm assuming it's status 1100.

So, here's a question. Does anyone have a "backup" option planned, should your build not get picked up/accepted by GM?

I would recommend emailing your salesperson and requesting a copy of the GM Order Workbench. If you feel that your salesperson is dropping the ball, CC the sales manager on the phone.

Did the custom order the car for you, or is it just dealer stock? Did you give a deposit?

I did request it, I was told "The number hasn't come in yet."
It's dealer stock. I'm giving my dealer the benefit of the doubt and just not knowing any better TBH.

I also did put down a deposit, $1,000 check, but they haven't done anything with it, which lines up with what they said.

Looking on here it seems that it takes about 2 months before it goes into "2000" status. I'll be patient until then and if I don't get a code or hear anything by that point I'll seek to escalate.

I do have a copy of the Workbench order, it's just the options/spec list, no order Number. I'd be happy to post it if there's something I'm overlooking.

Oh good lord. I disregard that because it's the same initials as the dealer who sold me the car. Assumed it was his login or something.

Edit: Hopefully that's it, it doesn't look like any other code I've seen.

My order number was BNMVMF. Look for something similar. Mine was right at the top labeled "Order Number" but it may be different since yours is dealer stock.

Once you have that, you can go on Chevy chat and get info. You can also ask DylansZLE and DC Chevy Sales to check your status.

Just got an email. My vehicle was picked up from rail yard an is enroute to dealer 75 miles away. Will most likely be delivered in the morning. Almost doesnt seem real

Great news! It's a shame you don't know the delivery time. It could be fun to see it come off of the truck.

No mine was at railyard in twin oaks pa which is right near philly airport an heading to my dealer in Bethlehem pa about 75 miles from twin oaks. I dont think it would be heading to Pittsburgh

Yes it would. But hey atleast i know its on the way an will most likely be their in morning. Def planning on heading to my dealer tomorrow to see it. Even though wont be able to take possession to most likely Wednesday
