ZL1 1LE for under $40k

Of course there's a catch. This is the first one I've seen wrecked. It really doesn't look all that bad. New seats and headliner and passenger side door. Found this on the local craigslist page.

Ouch, You know this guy hates his life right now... I'm guessing his insurance dosent cover track accidents lol, Looks good tho, not sure why he would rather sell than just replace door/side panels and interior.

This guy is a member, I read what happened somewhere. He slid off the track, and thinks the fuel line caught something while sliding. He bought the car back from the insurance company, but now he doesn't want to fix it.

The insurance company totaled it for a reason, and they don't like to do that on new $80k cars...

Fire is worse than water when it comes to electrical systems and computers. I would stay a mile away from this one, unless you like chasing gremlins.

I did at a Home Depot parking lot. I'm really not impressed with looks in person it's kind of ridiculous in my opinion. Yeah it's got the performance but I couldn't buy a car that looked that wild just to daily drive one

I've been at the track with people that buy 100k cars and gut them for the track. Some have car budgets that you can't believe this car will likely end up in the hands of one of these people.

I saw this same car while my fat ass was out pretending to run. It seemed like a good idea to stop and look at it or catch my breath.

Sorry, I too am having a hard time picturing this fire damage on the interior, while all else looks pretty darn clean. Looks more like a POed girlfriend with lighter fluid had a field day on the interior. Anyway, glad there were no serious injuries

OMG I want this so bad..... damniiiiiit This is perfect for a track monster. Gut it, race seat, roll hoop for harnesses omg...... 3500 lbs easy and 650hp..... I will not sleep for a week now..a month maybe..... dear God this is perfect

My current 1LE in garage going on a bigger diet (again) is below so yes I would strip this car clean too, what a steal! And before any “loose weight instead” I lost 30 lbs since last track day (3 moths ago) so yeah....
