Slow leak from upper part of front suspension

Heya folks,

I noticed a fine spray of fluid down the passenger side of my car and then found oily residue inside the barrel of the passenger side front wheel. I put the car on the lift and pulled the wheel to check and see if there was any brake fluid leaking. Needless to say I was relieved to only find brake dust anywhere on the caliper. After that I checked the hoses and suspension to find the culprit. It seems that fluid is leaking from the upper portion of the strut assembly and can be seen in the pic below. There is a sheen of fluid on the collar between the first and second coil of the spring. Has anyone had this issue before and if so, it should be something the warranty covers, right?

If you are still under the bumper to bumper then it might be covered. This is a wearable part. If it failed after 2000 miles probably, after 25000 miles probably not.

Yeah, only at 15000-ish miles so it should be good.

Should be part of the 3/36 bumper to bumper.
