Off the top of my head without digging into see if this works; (sorry for the bold cut paste) and throw on some taller tires. You might not be able to get a full 2inches lift that was because keep in mind the axle is in the middle of the tire diameter so a 2inch taller tire would give you 1inch lift. I'd think at least 2inch or 3inch taller and narrower tire would fit but it's on YOU to check that.
Also I'd look into getting 1inch from polyurethane coil spring spacers. Seems like the cheapest and most reliable way to get you what you want.

I want to raise my ride height by a couple of inches or so. I know its possible because I've seen plenty of cars with 26"-32" wheels, but from what I can tell those are all done by cutting and welding the shocks(which seems very unsafe) I would like to put larger more off road oriented tires on a 17" or 18" wheel. I drive my Camaro around some dirt/gravel roads very often. Right now I'm looking at some custom spacers, and maybe some custom lift springs if possible. I'm hoping maybe there's some super obvious better way to do this that I'm just missing.

Before anyone says it no I'm not joking, and no I don't want to just go buy a truck/suv/or whatever other sarcastic comment you want to throw out there. I love my Camaro and its my car to do what I want with. So if anyone can actually help me I'd really apricate it.
I have bought a 3'lift from Universalcarlift.com have not installed yet i was wondering how much camber will change , will there be enough adjustment with the stock camber bolits

hehe, yeppers!! We had a few places we used to race on Saturday nights. Was always a fun time, and the police never bothered us. Back then we knew how to play safe... And we NEVER got out of hand, and shut down at midnight and went home.

yessir!! Now I'm older and smarter, plus WAAAYYY to many cars on the road, and not worth the trouble if you get caught! I get a ton of peolpe when the see my Camaro out, they want to "race the Camaro", I just sit there and wave at them, or just ignore them.
