SRE = Sold Retail

Because the ups and downs and lack of information is so frustrating, my vow to never put myself in that position was first made decades ago and broken so many times I can not count the number. I no longer make that vow, which explains how I came by my Bright Yellow 2016 Camaro, courtesy Becky Doyle and Rodgers Chevrolet.

I hereby officially state that "Sort-of Ruins Everything" is fantastic, and shall from this day forth be the true term for "SRE."

All in favor say "Hell yes"

All opposed just sit down.

That's awesome! I don't think I've seen yours yet. Are there pics in the Yellow color thread?

While those are good as well, I do think that "Slow, Really Entertaining" is the most accurate.

So I went to dealership to complete my lease paperwork. The money factor last time we spoke was .00150 with GM finance for a 2016. Dealer told me only one available right now for 2017 is .00328 through Ally. My payments went up from $615 to $703/mo for a lease. I'm thinking of walking away but then it's the exact car I wanted. I don't know what to do.

Here is the complete details:
$1840 out of pocket
$703/mo
36 mo 10k miles
.00328 money factor, 64% residual
MSRP $47,000
Gross cap cost $44,500

How bad am I getting ripped off over here, guys?

Terrible. Have you considered the Penfed payment saver loan?

Why not finance it instead? Would get a better deal I feel. Unless you prefer to lease a vehicle.
