Anyone running an Elite E2-X catch can?

Just looking for opinions on this setup. I want to do the catch can the same time as the P1, now it's just down to which one.

The Elite E2-X is the most effective in air/oil separation on the market. And for your LT1 based GDI engine, you need to address all ingestion. Most catch cans only trap from 15-30% maximum, and you can test yourself to see to wade through all the opinions. Let us know if your engine has the black plastic square container mounted tot he passenger side valve cover with the clean side lines running to it. If yours does, you do NOT need our clean side separator as that factory unit does a pretty good job (finally) but the dirty/foul side needs this.

^^I am not sure if it was your product or not, for some reason I am thinking so. But do you make one for supercharged applications? I had a mishimoto one prior to my Maggie install, and ended up going up for sale (as the hoses only was formed a certain way) do you have a rectification for this? if so, would there be a guide for install? I know that I had to modify one of the lines upon install which now everything has a place and needed to know where to start deviding this out. or if there will be loss of PSI somewhere down the line.

Would be great if you would post up pics or install instruction for supercharged setups (maybe even including them with the product when you ship it )... I get asked 3-4 times a day on how to route the lines and where to put the check valves..

Well I was going to get the mishimoto catch can this month but I'll be installing the Maggie next year so I don't want to waste money. Thanks for the input

The Elite Engineering E2-X and E2-X "Ultra" system provides constant suction on the crankcase during both boost and non boost being the next best thing to a belt driven vacuum pump (which is the best solution but will not last on the street). This has been extensively tested by Turbonetics on their house turbo builds up to and in excess of 1000 HP.

The Gen 6 is a little bit different, but here are the illustrations from Turbonetics on how to properly configure the system on a LS based V8. This is the only system that addressed all of the issues aftermarket turbo systems experience not only eliminating crankcase pressure from the start (VS let it build and vent) and also removes the contaminates from the crankcase that in a "vented" system that are allowed to settle and mix with the engine oil when in boost.

The Elite system uses the intake manifold to evacuate when in non-boost, and the turbo inlet(s) for suction when in boost. The high quality checkvalves will automatically open and close to default to the strongest suction source available providing full time evacuation. The Elite billet clean side separator deals with any fresh/clean side ingestion and the Ultra model is designed for power up to and beyond 1000 HP.

Looking forward to seeing how it looks! Now I just need someone to explain how it's hooked up to a ProCharger
