So...
Is there a "ghosted" option for the third brake light? I've seen the blackout films from several places but not really a fan of reducing the reflectivity or light output of the fixture. Although I realize some of that is to be expected. I'm seeing the ghosted side markers but haven't yet seen the same aftermarket option for the third brake light. Maybe I'm just looking a bit too early for them.

Originally thought about going with the F1FTY cutout but I'm really liking how the dark tail lights blend. And now having seen the ghosted side markers that will match body color...

I guess maybe I'm being too picky about it.

There isn't one made...yet. But someone in here made their own. Sorry for not remembering who. But it came out nice.

Anything you put between the emitter (lamp) and the receiver (eye, camera, etc.) will reduce the amount of light transmitted or reflected, whether it's a lite layer of paint ("ghosting"), or a layer of tint film. Ghosting is not a one-way mirror/window treatment. You can do whatever with sidemarkers, because there is usually no criteria for side markers in most states Safety Inspection. I believe the tail lights have a visibility distance criteria that usually defaults to "Can I tell that they are on?".
I've tinted the tail lenses and center brake light on my 45th with Gunsmoke film, and never had an issue. I blacked out the clear lens portion of the 50th, but I like the red parts for some color contrast. Now I want the brighter LED lamps to compensate, for my own satisfaction.
