It was a relatively cheap upgrade, and one I am glad I did.

So what is better: 95mm or 102mm?

Depends on your setup if you have a 102 FAST intake or not the stock intake is a 90mm so adding a 95mm will still flow like a 90mm.

I have a stock intake manifold however i am getting a CAI intake in 2 weeks. Would the 95mm even make a diff? Would the 102mm be to big?

Thanks for clearing that up. Looks like that's definitely going to be the next thing on my list.

The 102 won't fit, I would just port your stock one.
