They get such a bad name, being evil black rifles, but they are SO damned useful. Whacked a skunk and a porcupine last week with my LWRC. The skunks here have had a propensity for rabies, so I kill everyone I see. The porcupines have blinded two of our dogs over the years as well as accounted for several hundred dollars in Vet bills. But mostly it's so damned painful for the dogs.

So NO mercy when they are sighted on the property.

Regarding the SIG 320's. It borderline amazes me they are having the safety issues. SIG is a great company....HOW such a thing could happen really surprises me.

My experience is with the P series pistols, but I do have a 320. Hope they get it straight before anyone else gets hurt and sues them. We don't need that publicity.
Actually I am not sure what trigger is in that rifle. I built most of the gun 10 years when fail zero first released nickel boron coated bolts. I know it was at 3.5lbs and either timney or geissele. I was just thinking about this over the weekend. The other AR's I have use pof drop in 3.5# triggers. I can not tell a difference really in the triggers between my other guns.

On another note I tested a Fostech echo trigger and that was a really fun toy to play with. I will try to attach the video. Well on my cell phone it goes to a GP file and can not be uploaded here.

Got a couple vaquero fidget spinners in .357 and .45 a sig p226 and a R I 1911 in .40 cal. Used pistols were running about 60% retail but I stayed away from the new stuff pushing 100%.

Someone paid $1200 for a $750 rifle..... THEN... Along came the $1800 tikka that went for $1250. I almost bit on that one.

It was the tikka t3 in .308

The other was the savage chassis model similar to the tikka. They're selling for $750 with rebate now. No idea why it was bid up. The fever I guess.

LOL... I see that all the time, they get caught up in the action and don't realize what is going on until it's over and reality sits in.

I did that once yesterday. Dude pissed me off and I paid retail for 100 nosler bullets. Fortunately it was only $18.

$429.99 for an M&P15 Sport II.

A little over a year ago I paid over $100 more just in case the election went the wrong way.

Federal is running a $.05 per round rebate if you guys have not noticed. You can buy Federal independence 5.56 500 rounds for $142.25 Minus $25 rebate. Comes out to $117.25 per 500 rounds or .23 per round for brass non corrosive 55grain FMJ.

Prices in general are so low that reloading right now is more expensive for sure. Instead of the loading equipment I was planning on buying I invested in 5.56, 7.62x39 and 51, 30-06 and .300 winchester mag. Right now you can buy .300 winchester mag for $.80 a round maybe just me but that is super cheap right now. All target ammo I stocked up on. Although Hornady seems to be making their hunting rounds less expensive too. Ca not really beat .300 win mag for $1 round. Although .338 lapua is still $2.50-3 round. I only look at brass non corrosive as well.

What is a good place to buy .45 ACP ammo? I just bought 1,000 Rounds from Target Sports for $305 which I thought was a decent price. It was Remington UMC 230 GR FMJ.

Currently in my stable, I've got a Glock 21 Gen 4, which is the wife's gun, an M&P 45 2.0 which will be my CC gun and a brand new Mossberg 930 SPX 12-Gauge.

I like ammunitiondepot as well. Although go to ammoseek.com if you know what you're looking for and they will give you the cheapest on the internet.

Looks like ammo king sells a 1,000 rounds of remington umc .45 for 274.00 at $13.70 per box of 50. Comes out to $.274 per round.

Any CZ 75/PO1 fans?

I want to replace my sig 320 with either/ or, In 9mm.

Maybe it's a Montana thing, but I had a hell of a time even finding one within 200 miles to BUY.

I can recall forty years back when they first came out. They were absolutely unobtanium. Few years later saw a CZ 75 a State Dept/Diplomatic Security services Guy had , that he was carrying. he may have been an NSA/CIA guy as well.

Anyway...I kind of liked the FEEL of it, like a Browning Highpower, but a bit more modern. And I REALLY like the DA/SA ability. Plus; ALL steel!

It's strange that the CZ-75 is probably one of the most used, carried and produced platforms in the World....Yet I can barely find one!

Let the CZ bashing...or Fan Boy raves...... begin.
