Maybe...although I've never been one to park anywhere close to an entrance regardless of vehicle type. Out in the boonies & back in / pull through spot only. I prefer to walk my seasoned, 6' 200lb, Dad's ass across the lot & park in BFE.

The ZL1 age poll thread had the vast majority of us well past the squirt brain years fwiw.

So aggravating. I deal with the same situation often at my local gym.

The idiots have been around for a long time.
Back in the early 1990's I owned a mint condition 1967 GTO.
I remember the day I took my wife out to dinner in it. I parallel parked it in front of the restaurant so I could see it from the table.
I had open space in front and back of the car.
As I was eating dinner, I looked out the window just in time to see the ABC Driving school about to use my classic car as an obstacle to teach the students how to parallel park.
I immediately jumped up from the table, ran outside to move my GTO out of harms way.
All occupants including the instructor looked at me as if I had ten heads.
A lot of people don't realize that cars are more than transportation to many of us.
It is sometimes very frustrating.
