Replaced Tires On A New Car-Alignment Required?

Hi,
If you immediately replace factory tires on a brand new car, is there a need for an alignment?
Thanks,

Considering cost of some tires, $150 alignment is not bad investment even if just a check. Factory is net build, it's not perfect.

I think most places or the place I use anyway will check it for free and if it needs aligned that's were the cost comes in to play. There is a certain mileage that the dealer will perform an alignment for free its like 12month or 12K miles, possibly less than that and that's what I'd try to go for if your car is eligible.

I'd give a hard no.

removing tires and changing the rubber doesn't alter the suspension position. As long as it's properly balanced you'll be just as good as you were with the previous rubber as far as alignment goes.

Definitely not required unless you have unusual or accelerated wear (not caused by over or under inflation). Though a good alignment with some camber & a little toe makes a huge difference on how the car feels with steering feedback and feel.
