I would take the 570 but not the AMG or Viper. Although, if you can afford one of those cars you can get a couple other nice cars for daily duty.

I think that the take away, is that given a choice of all of those cars... if money was not an issue, I would not take the Camaro... but for me(and probably 90% of the other Camaro owners (at least married ones) pound for pound or performance to performance, the Camaro 1LE can not be beat, it beats cars that cost 30K or more then the 1LE..... so yes in my current situation I take the Camaro every time.. unless they are giving them for free

THIS AGAIN!!!
As others have said, is the 1LE the end all, no, HOWEVER for what you get for what you pay AND for those who are not the top 1%, this is a great car that does everything well. As I get older, I am beyond the stop light race stage. It make you look like an ass, it's hard on the clutch, and bound to get you tickets. I prefer the open road driving and knowing the I can out handle most other cars on the road and feels great when the road goes from straight to having some curves in it.

Just more evidence that this forum is a massive disappointment.

The Camaro was by far the cheapest car. Next closest was the GT350R at more than 1.5 times the price?

This is a ridiculous thread comparing a totally mismatched group of cars. I’m only going to race Hummers and Fiats now.
You must not go to many other forums. Mary Poppins lives here, compared to the Mustang and BMW forums where the truly offensive nattering nabobs of negativity go to play. |

As for the video, MT always has a car that is out of the league of most of the others when they do these stupid drag races. Put the 1LE on a race track with these same cars and the result is VERY different.
