I'm afraid that that sort of first step doesn't explain why, without me doing anything at all, the site comes back up in its full glory by around 9:00 AM. Every single day. I don't even have to close any Camaro5 windows that I opened up before the site goes AWOL.
If I'm paying attention, when things suspiciously slow down in the morning I can even halt the opening of a post preview for a post that I'm in the middle of putting together, and as long as I catch it before the screen goes blank I don't lose anything. And when the site reports back for duty it's still like nothing at all happened (except for the lost time). Norm |

I just experienced another crash. Mine happens at 07:00 central every day. Today I was trying to reply to a post someone made, but it even happens when changing topics. This site (and only THIS site) is completely DOA for anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes, then comes back like nothing happened. Been happening for months to me, then I see this thread and apparently I'm not alone. Grrr.
