The ZLE is missing the strap to fold down the seats from the inside. As Vigilante375 said above, there is a way to manually put a strap.

Some of our cars' rear seats don't fold down.

Unfortunately you can't fold the seats down on a ZL1 1LE from inside the car there is no strap and the lock mechanism can only be accessed from the truck.

Ive folded mine down, and also had them out when I added the PDR.
The ZLE rear seat doesn have the bracing that the other cars have.

Just hook up to the front terminals under the hood and there will be enough power to pop it. Do just like you would if you were jumping a vehicle off.
Do you know of there is a DIY for the straps? I would like to add that to my ZLE
