Shut down?

Up till today when I parked would hit the engine start/stop button and engine would shut down and radio would go off when I opened the door.
Now the radio continues to play for a few minutes.
Suggestions are appreciated

Yep, had this happen to my 2020 Acadia I bought in Oct. Finally pressed 'Update' and let it do it's thing. Went back to normal, whatever that is.

After a 40 mile ride today pulled into the garage and the update popped up on the screen. It did its thing so will see what happens next time I drive it.

Same thing happened to mine earlier this week. I was perplexed, until I got the software update message. I parked it, followed the instructions and let it do its thing. About 10 minutes later it was back to normal.

Good luck.

Does the car need to be running, or can I just hit the start button without starting the engine?

Engine was off. I left it unlocked in the driveway, so I could get back in - just in case there were issues.

Mine was parked in the garage and I had just turned off the engine then the update started. Not sure if it helped but I kept the garage door open till it was finished.
