Pilot Sport 4S

Recently installed a set. Since it's a very different tire than the OEM S3's, any recommendations for tire pressure for aggressive street cornering?

Thanks.

I run mine at the same 32psi the door card calls for, I am sure you could experiment some.

Maybe start with 30psi all the way around and see how they perform. You could also call the Michelin tech line, they have tons of race data on their tires and will give you suggestions as well.

i usually do 34-35 on streets and on track start around 32 or so but depends on track layout size and temps outside

so, I figured I would make a significant adjustment to the tire pressures, FOR THE STREET. I went to 36F, 35R. Cornering fairly aggressively, it does feel like the car turns in easier and has a bit less understeer. and tire squirm. I need to try some really aggressive cornering to test grip.

You run more than the max weight 32psi the door card calls for on the street? Heck the race prep manual states to start at around 28psi I think and lower from there for track use on the GY F1 tires.

I now have almost a year on my PS4S's in OEM sizes.

*Warm Dry = less than Supercar3
*Cold Dry = much better than S3
*Wet = much better than S3
*Wear = so far much better

Note: I use them street-only. I have no expectation they would hold a candle to the S3's on the track unless it was wet.

How would you rate them on a % scale to the SC warm, dry?

On the street they're about 0.1g less, I'd expect a greater delta on the track. So, call it 10% less warm dry in exchange for being able to get to your destination when it rains. A no-brainer IMO.
