11.00 PM can not connect
For about the last month 6 out 7 days at exactly 11.00 pm this happens. If I try to open a page it will load an a message will come up saying that it can not connect please make sure the address is correct or try again later. After about 15 minutes every thing is ok. Do any know what is happening?
