This weekend I thought about the arrows being nice. I was driving for about 2 miles and they were turning their radar on and off. they were close but couldn't see if they were in front or behind.

The R3 does better at front/side detection than rear detection. Not saying it can’t sniff rear. If you were still getting them for 2 miles either they were moving (driving behind you) or in front of you doing I/O (instant on, pulling trigger then off, repeat).

I was going to upgrade to the R7 until I saw the Radenso Theia. That stuff has been blowing me out of the water. It’s not out yet. But go check out their stuff on YouTube and VortexRadar has a lot of coverage and interviews with them.

It’s going to be a game changer when it comes out.

will be interested in seeing it in operation. When using Linux for this kind of stuff I have doubts.

Linux rocks though! Better than most made from scratch OSs'. Can be very light weight and responsive.

Ended up going down a hole looking at the Radenso Theia. I swear this forum costs me money every time I come on it haha.

Has anybody replaced the stripe on the front of the car? I bought a new one and haven't found anybody else that has done it. I'm assuming it's a wet application?

Eh for some reason that makes me more nervous. I'll grab some pictures as I go though. I ordered it a few days ago through tasca parts. Hoping it's here before next weekend when the car gets color corrected and ceramic coated top to bottom. My neighbor two doors down in the new house has been detailing cars for 30 years and gives people in the neighborhood 50% off his prices. I'm getting the whole thing done for $500. Can't wait

Well I chickened out and had a vinyl shop in town do the front stripe. I’ve never done graphics and I didn’t wanna throw almost 200 out the window if I messed it up. Looks great, although the guy at the shop said they are definitely lower end sheets from GM. He said he could have cut me a custom one for half the price and it would have been better quality. Lessons learned I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For sure. I'll probably have to replace my center stripe as well. Previous owner put 97k miles on it and it has one good ding in it. Not noticeable unless looking but still.

I'm still debating on what to put on this plaque for the engine bay. I took out a couple options like the strut bar and Illuminated bowtie and added the GM CAI. I don't think adding NAV makes sense I feel like this field is more for just performance type additions hence why I'm debating also taking out power sunroof.

Would you call it "Performance Air Intake" or "GM Performance Cold Air Intake" ?

Any suggestions/opinions are welcomed.
