I'm almost certain my fluid was only flushed once not three times last summer. I know this based on the time it took them to complete the work. Also have dash cam data to prove.

I was told they have to heat up the fluid to a certain temp each time and put up on the hoist. And test drive between each change. Then letting it cool down between each change. This would take min 2-3 hrs minimum I would think and they had mine done in 90mins.

Either way problem is fixed for now but I haven't put many miles on the car since so time will tell. I missed my 5yr warranty by two weeks !!

The updated procedure uses a special pump to flush the fluid in a single cycle rather than the previous “triple flush” procedure.
