Any updates on tuning 2023 Camaro's?

Hey guys, looking at building a '23 SS 1LE for next year and was curious if any updates on the ability to tune the '23's like the 16-22's?

Best regards,
Dave

I'm not sure what question you're asking. Are you asking if the '23 SS is as tunable [in what ways] as the 16-22 Gen 6?

Yes, exactly. HP Tuners shows to 2022 currently.

Appreciate any insight.

Best regards,
Dave

'23 Camaros should be as tunable as previous years since they utilize the same electrical architecture. I believe it's the Global B platform which creates new challenges in tuning -- that electrical architecture is in the C8 and Blackwings. Camaros won't be implementing Global B.

Sooooo... our cars are the last tunable GM performance vehicles I did see an article a while ago about Trifecta cracking the C8 ECM, but I don't know what's come of that since.

Just got the e-mail from HPTuners:

Our team also added tuning support for the 2023 Chevrolet Camaro 6.2L! This vehicle also requires (4) Credits to license the ECM with an MPVI2 or newer interface and the latest version of VCM Suite BETA.

Trifecta did crack the C8 ECU but it has to be bench flashed. So there still won't likely be any HPT support...at least as of now and maybe never. Currently Procharger is using Trifecta for their canned tune on the C8 kits. Still not what I would consider full tuning support but it's likely ok since C8's have wideband sensors and will auto correct fueling in PE mode.
