Mylink went crazy.

Started a couple days ago I noticed that the infotainment system would stay black for a little bit before booting up. Anyways on my way to work this morning it decided to just start randomly smashing buttons, it started changing stations so I hit home then it opened up the NAV and started hitting all kinds of buttons until it finally went unresponsive. It turns on and plays music, but it's just stuck at the home screen and doesn't respond to any touches on the screen. For what it's worth here is a video of it not doing anything lol. https://youtu.be/1MwT7UzzboM
Will be calling the dealership soon as they open.

Not sure why the video isn't working. :/

All the time now, I have restarted it let it sit for a little bit. Not responding at all.

Have you tried the battery disconnect approach?

There is a calibration update to address this particular issue (no bulletin at this time). Dealer should be able to easily verify if it needs it.

I don't know what any of that means lol. Is that saying it's more than likely just an update thing? The soonest they can get me in is Wednesday so I guess i'll just have to do without until then. Hopefully it'll be a quick fix.

I was honestly about to do this, but figured that might not actually fix the problem and might just be a temporary band-aid. As much as I hate to, I decided to take it to the dealership and hope they don't jack it all up or take months to fix it... they are notorious for that apparently.

It's a software update for the radio - those are the calibrations from my 2016 prior to doing update. Did a screen shot prior to programming. You can see description of first one and what it "fixes."

Took about an hour or so to load the file into the vehicle.

Check out this thread. Speedy had a very similar issue resolved by software update and battery disconnect.

Yep so mine got fixed today was simple. Was only there for an hour and 45 minutes. "3025 scanned for trouble codes found dtc u0184 and found #16-na-107" Gibberish to me and probably most of you. They said they did an update and it should have fixed it. Haven't seen it happen again, although it wasn't happening the day before I took it in either. Sometimes it would work fine and sometimes it would either be black screen or buttons just wouldn't respond. Hoping it won't pop back up.
