Front tires kicking up rocks into rear quarter panels.

Anyone having problems with their paint nicks in front of rear tires. My front tires are kicking rocks up and nicking the paint. My chevy dealer had it repainted and corporate gave be an accessory certificate for the splash guards. But im not convinced its going to 100% solve my problem. Noticing small amounts of new nicks.

Yeah mine has the same thing, splash guards will help some but not convinced they will solve the issue, plus I am not sold on the look with the splash guards.

I think the issue is the shitty paint. Seems super thin and chips very easy.

I guess I'm the only one not having this problem, but the front of my car is taking a beating

With our 5th gens, we were told it's the body design that enhanced this issue. Both of my prior Camaros has the thin "stealth" aftermarket splash guards and they definitely minimized the chipping issue. I put them on all 4 fenders.

I have the splash guards and still get small chips on rear lower panel. Need to get some more film in that area, the factory film is not high enough.

Others have posted options to try and keep the impact down. I just received a set of GM guards that I will try putting on this weekend. No issues yet but more as some added protection.
