I have received my bill but I have no clue on how to install, can you please send me some sort of directions? Also what is the measurement on the normal bill as far as height? I asked for a 1/2" taller one but it looks to be the same size as the one you have pictured.

You definitely need two people. One to hold it in position and one to drill the holes. You want to drill the holes the exact same size as the rubber inserts. Once you drill the holes for the rubber, insert them into the hole. Set the bill up and tighten up the bolts snugly. But do not over tighten.
