I too have seen the start of stone chips.
The GM Splash guards do nothing. I tried lower mud flaps behind the guards but still did not help. Came upon the ACS Rockers: http://acscomposite.com/collections/...amaro-ss-lt-ls I bought the primed ones and they fit great. The color makes them disappear and are very functional. Not a stone will come up from the tires. Kept the GM Splash Guards. Notched the bottom corners a little for the rockers to fit. I have also had the front end, headlamps, mirrors and window frame covered with Suntek Film. |

Both of my Gen5's had this. The 2010 looked like it had been sandblasted and my dealership gave me a courtesy repaint. Before I even took possession of my Gen6 I had the front end and rear side quarters clear bra'd. That is my 1st piece of advice to anybody buying either a 5th or 6th gen Camaro. Clear bra will save you the headache of chipped paint.
