Here is the picture I promised if it attaches correctly... Phastek black out kit on center brake light and two reflectors.. Bowtie removed.. Black license plates on order ( California) with black frames for the plates.

I hope the attachment works.. First time...

Looks sweet, can't wait for my Red Hot. I saw in another post Modshack tell people for bug removal take a used dryer sheet. wet it and it takes off bugs easily. Try that.

I got this stuff for my first detail since the car comes by rail (thanks Glen E). Safely removes rail dust and iron deposits before the first wash/detail. I don't want to grind that stuff into the paint.

Got some custom bow ties that actually fit properly. The first all black ones I ordered didn't fit on the curved rear. I think it's the perfect color combo, even matches the SS emblems and taillights.

Yesterday we made some jack pad adapters so we could put the car on the lift and really explore. We has a good sized length of superstrut kicking around, cut 4, 2 7/8" long pieces. Then cut some old air hose into 8, 3" lengths, sliced and put over the tops of the superstrut. Now we can safely put the car on the lift anytime we want.

That's a great idea. Any pics?

Added wood blocks to the bottoms this morning. The lift on the other side of the shop has different pads, just wasn't enough clearance for our liking. Tried them out and they still work perfect, just with more confidence there's no chance the pads hit the rockers.
