I actually did, before I posted. And I did not find any. A few other countries appear to have distributors, but not many.

Do those work ok? (Pouches specifically). Like, have you tested by trying to start the car with it in the pouch or something?

I use a pouch and I can confirm that you cannot open the door or start the car if the key is in it.

I use the bag and also this and the Mobilistics is perfect. I installed yesterday takes 2 minutes and it is perfect. Auto arms itself 30 seconds after power is turned off if you forget to set with remote. Small remote I keep in bag with key. Also has Valet Mode you can set and that allows 10 consecutive starts. After those 10 or if you turn Valet off it goes back to normal Auto Arm.

Having visited the website for the first time, I see that the Mobilistics also offers a hard-wired option (their "TX-21" item).

Am I correct in thinking that one could wire that into one of the HomeLink buttons -- for personal use, w/o having to carry the extra fob -- but then also have a fob, which one could provide to service shops, on such occasions as needed?

I reached out to this distributor in Canada, in regards to the Keetec Rider system. They said they don't currently have any distributors in the US but are working on it. They will ship it, along with installation instructions, to the USA.
