Looking at the graphs the night fury appears to cross the 400tq line about 3300ish rpm, which looks to be a few hundred rpm before the polluter. And the night fury makes peak tq about 500-600 earlier as well. Just food for thought.

Something to think about is fuel , in Calli you have 91 not 93 . The boys over at CPR in Mesa AZ have got a cam and tuner that makes the most power on 91 octane weasel piss gas I have seen . They call it a Defibulator or something like that . With headers, cai, ported heads , ported TB that cam, and a Nic D tune they are putting down 500 rwhp with great drivability on 91 octane fuel . What I'm saying is , it is the sum of all the parts and tune that will get your best numbers and performance in a real world situation .

You should have the shop overlay the two graphs.

The TSP 235/238 is a monster when it comes to HP gain, Torque suffers a bit but the RWHP increase in unbelievable. Would love to see Dyno numbers for that cam on a stock car.

Its amazing to me how different dynojets read from one to another. These sheets are listed in SAE format, while I see a lot listed using STD.

But yet both of these sheets read a little higher than they would on the dyno I use. Cam only cars are generally 440 to 460 on that one. And he has alot of them on there.

More reason to go by mph at the track when comparing one to another, or control conditions on the same dyno the best you can. Regardless, nice results from both cars. Congratulations

Actually I'll take that bet on how the torque compares to the other camshafts being discussed. I have personally engine dyno tested a ton of different profiles next to the TSP camshafts. In fact I've tested several competitors camshafts next to the tsp grinds.

Our new facility is suppose to be finished in November. I'd be happy to set aside some engine dyno time if a bunch of guys wants to show up with different camshafts and we do a all day or two side by side shootout of anything you wanna try.

Wish y'all were in Houston! I'd love to see that. That'd be about as accurate and objective as you could get.

"Its amazing to me how different dynojets read from one to another."

A lot of people do not realize that. Also whether 91 octane was used or 93 octane.

Have you ever tested one of our LS3 Polluter cams?

For those that like torque, here are some more results from our Polluter:

From what I can see, it makes 400rwtq around 3450-3500rpm and the Polluter is right behind it at 3600rpm.

Even though it does peak sooner in terms of torque production, at the RPM the Night Fury peaks, the Polluter is no less than 3-5 rwtq behind, and holds that torque longer giving a slight advantage up top.

Both are great proven camshafts, and that is what matters. For you guys looking for the best results time and time again, use something that has walked the walked as well as talked the talk.

Results are what matters at the end of the day, not so much brand loyalty or shop loyalty in this instance.
