I sent Joe an email, and he replied back almost instantly, and he will see if they have allocation in Detroit this Thursday. And I'm also waiting to hear back from the next closest dealer. If you don't have, or can't get what I wanted you should have said that upfront, instead of acting like you have the allocation... Just saying. I will have an order # one way or another this week.

I spent maybe 5 minutes on the phone with Joe, and I already trust him more than the local dealer!

I also plan on getting the design pack 2, so hopefully that will help, but I will be looking into those other "mudflaps" as well. Thanks for the advice!

Go with Joe. Since you live in Michigan go down and pick it up. If you can get a cheap air fare and fly into Detroit, he'll pick you up. I have never heard a bad thing said about Joe and when Becky was alive the same. Sorry about your dealer treating you like that.

My other local dealer was able to get the order in ZMFQTC, and Joe was already kind enough to confirm the order status of 1100. I would have had no issues at all ordering it from Joe though, but allocation is tricky I guess, and he already had Camaro's to order.

Now if I can just stay off of this site, it would save me a lot of $$$.

After multiple weeks of trying to get a Convertible allocation I basically gave up on Chevy's ordering system and when back to looking for something in dealer inventory. Had Joe helping but we where at a loss in finding my first choice.... so when to plan "B", Joe had found me a Wild Cherry Tint coat in Ft Wayne but as this search had gone... they received deposit on it 30 minutes prior to my call... so my search continued until I found my new Camaro Convertible....Wild Cherry Tint Coat with Ceramic White Interior

Joe was very up front with me about that. It just adds time to the already long wait. I ordered nonetheless. I just hope the plant is down for only 2 weeks, and not longer. 🤞🏻

I cancelled my order, and found what I was looking for in Illinois. We pick it up this Saturday, and it will be a great drive home!!! Good luck to all who have one on order, I just didn't want to wait on GM this year.
