What would a brand new set of Z28 wheels in GM boxes go for?
I know rears are discontinued and there might be a few fronts out there.
Might know where a set is.
Thank you

I believe the fronts are discontinue. The rears are still available to purchase new (I think).

I have checked with my contact and the rear is discontinued and a few fronts are available.
Thank you for the response.
I found a set but think the guy is high but they are new in box. Supply and demand.

I'm thinking possibly $800 to $1000 ea. They're well made so I guess you could compare them to high quality aftermarket wheels. They're definitely not going to get any cheaper as time goes by. I grabbed a "gently used" set for just under $2K several years ago. Glad I did.

I have seen several people asking over 5 Grand for NIB wheels .
Couple years from now probably would have wished I would have picked them up . About like anything else that get discontinued

I think $6,000 is the going rate right now for new in box wheels (NOS).
I have had several people say $4,000 is max they would pay. The way I see it if rears are discontinued and only a few new fronts are available. The ones who own these could probably name there price. If they hold onto them in a few years probably be worth more. The only set I know available is a used set on eBay where 3 have been powder coated which is not the thin black paint GM used and one that the seller says is repairable but I doubt it is without spending a lot of money. The seller is trying to get $4,000 out of them. I just had a set done in forest green and powder coating was $200 per wheel and 3 of the wheels had minor bends on the back side and cost $150 per wheel to fix. The wheel repair company I used does not fix bends on the front of the wheels.
Just food for thought.

Sure glad I picked up a set of NOS a couple years ago! They were pricey then!

I was just trying to find of what a set was worth new in box as I know of a set but the guy wants $6,000 no less. I also recently saw a nos set posted here for $6,000 so figured that is the going rate. I will not pay that but did offer $4,500 to the guy. When available they were about $3,700 for a new set.
So yes it would be cheaper to repair the set that is presently owned.
Only thing is they are only new once.
