Cam question

In the process of adding some goodies to my motor. Full stainless works exhaust and a procharger. Since I am going to be, somewhat in the motor, I wanted to add a cam. I just do not know what type or kind. Can someone point me in the right direction please.

No,No,No my dear friend.
Adding a ProCharger is nowhere near being in the motor.

Doing a Cam will cost as much as doing your ProCharger.

Visit some of the Reputable shops in your area.
Or check out Pray Performance, Vengeance Racing, Cunningham Motorsports, Jannetty Racing etc...

Yeah you're barely even near the motor on a ProCharger install. Most of the work is installing the intercooler.

I understand that. I was just saying, since I will be doing the PorCharger and Now headers, I might as well do a cam also.

not really...Depending on desired power, I wouldn't do a cam unless you need the extra fuel. Just do LT4 fuels system and D1. That will get you 650-660whp on 93. If you want to go above that, then do a cam with bigger fuel lobe.

We can definitely help on a camshaft kit if you decide to go this route. Doing a camshaft on these cars is a LOT more involved than the older LS vehicles, so make sure whoever is doing the install and tuning is familiar with these applications. Let us know if we can be of assistance and I'll be happy to help!

I am going to take it to Cunningham Motors in California. I figured, that I would let the experts deal with it.

Out of curiosity, what is the difference in his Stage 1 and Stage 2 blower cam?
I have a P1X and am thinking of going with a cam.

Pray would know more, the stage II cam has a slight overlap, probably a 24x exhaust, Pray’s dyno of the new supercharger P1X and cam is very impressive. way more power than I need.....
