Here's an opinion: lambo doors are cheesy, tacky, and one of the saddest "wish I had money for a Lamborghini" mods out there.

Reverse hood, not as bad.

Lambo doors aren’t cheesy. Just a style. Maybe not your style but who cares? The first pedal shifts I ever saw where in one (lambo/ e-gears) Now there in Camaros and a lot of other “American” made models.

I love eating smelly sardines and saltine crackers while sitting naked in a hot bubble bath. You may not. So long as I like it who gives a hill of beans what you think? Make your self happy and screw the rest. We all have something in our lives someone else would perceive as “cheesy” and “tacky”.

Hell, what do you think those overzealous environmentalists who drive nothing but electric compact cars are saying about our mighty gas-guzzling V8’s as we speed by wailing???

Cheesy. Tacky.

They’re just trying to be like a Lamborghini... sad.

Holy crap! Normally I hate lambo doors, but with the reverse hood and the full out custom job that gen5 looks sweet! There’s more yellow under the hood than the banana aisle at my grocery..... that car totally blacked out would make my head explode....

Same here and Yes, they do go well together. This wasn't the only car at CFest with a reverse hood.

Anyone using a OBDll on their Gen6 or ZL1? I’m trying to figure out a plug in one for my vehicle.

Do you mean a handheld tuner that plugs into OBDII?

I normally plug gauges into the OBD port.

To each their own with mods like this. Personally, I wouldnt do it to my car, but it is still awesome to see the final product and know someone loves how unique their car is. I also dont like when people debadge their cars but its still neat to see.

I've got one similar to this. There's any number of Bluetooth and WiFi one's available on Amazon.

https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Sca...odb2+bluetooth

I use the Torque app to read/clear codes and look at a large number of data points.

Edit: For the iPhone, you need to get a WiFi version. They don't work with Bluetooth. I'm not sure what app to use on the iPhone.
