Can't tell if I'm misreading your post, but it sounds like you're claiming anyone faster than you on the stock list is modded and have way more than a CAI?
Every single one of them has DR's and a better 60' if you want specifics.

I was curious. Guess you didn't see me at Camarofest running the factory original tires and getting two 1.71 60s and my personal best of 1.69 on my last run? We had at least 2 more of the top 3 cars there running the stock ZL1 class on factory rubber as well and I know for sure big Dave got a 1.7 60 because we ran against one another twice.

On top of that, I'm still 100% stock. No parts changed, removed, or modified. No tunes either. I'm not as fortunate as some, where warranty means nothing to them. A big out of warranty repair would put me in a bad predicament financially. Big Dave and myself even weighed our cars after our first pass together to verify our weights with one another.

Based on all the data I've collected from the 50 or so 1/4 mile passes I've made, I was expecting to run 11.3s to possible 11.2s, but I actually surprised myself and ran a .1 better. If running those times in that heat doesn't prove 10s in cold air, I don't know what does.

From the rich AFR and throttle closures I was seeing when I was totally stock with only the Roto-Fab, I’d be a little surprised if I got any gains from it alone. I threw it on the dyno in that configuration, and it made a hair over 540 rwhp. Never did a baseline totally stock, so I don’t have any real data.

I feel like there was definitely more left in my 10.79 pass, though. I’m still shocked that I got the MPH I did with essentially just the Roto-Fab and headers given the DA that night.

You made a good pass for sure. I expect to see you in the 10.5 range in better air.

Glad to hear the good 60' times on stock tires at the fest. I saw most of the runs but can't keep track of times for sure. The track prep was good last year so whether it's DR or good prep those are nice 60' times which equates to lower ETs

My fast list 1.8X 60' was at the Fest 7 with the Roto-Fab CAI. All the others ahead on the fast list have DRs and a lower 60' which made all the difference. We had good prep at Fest 7 too but I didn't get many runs and was on full air. My bone stock fast list time was 2.0 60' on horrible prep, but the trap times are almost identical which is another reason I don't put a lot of stock in the CAI being a huge bolt on item.

We have a drag strip rental coming up next month Nov for the M6 so we will see how it does off the line. Not expecting much there.

So you're talking about everyone ahead of you on the bolt on list are running drag radials and more. Yes, that puts you at a huge disadvantage if you don't have good prep to get off the line. I was confused with your wording I guess. LOL! It sounded like you were saying everyone on the bone stock list were running drag radials or more. That's why I asked if I was misreading it and then went on the defensive for our bone stock list, because I feel it's legit. I know I've never had drag radials on my car yet to see what kind of difference they make. From what I've seen so far, the stock tires can nearly equal drag radials if the track prep is good. I suspect DRs will still produce good 60s on lesser prepped tracks while the stock tires struggle to get 1.8s.

Good luck at the track rental. Maybe you can top the stock 1LE list.

Oh no... I was referring to the bolt-on list, but yes, both lists are very accurate. I guess my point was if I had decent prep in my bone stock run I would be much higher up that list. All I added was a Roto-Fab CAI which put me on the bolt-on list with a much better ET that was not due to the bolt on but more the 60' on stock tires. I did purchase some MT ET Streets but never got to the track with them.

If I can break in to the 11's with the 1LE I will be happy. Not sure which tires I will use. Stock Goodyears or Michelin PS4. I don't think either should drop me out of the bone stock category since the PS4 is not a DR.

I am doing a before/after dyno with Roto-Fab and Catback. Hope to get the after done end of this month.

You're at a huge disadvantage with the 1LE aero and the M6. Look at the number of M6 cars on the stock fast list. Unless you want to brag on this forum, the list is purely symbolic. The guy in the Hellcat lining up to your on DR doesn't care.

I think you need the tires your car comes with or its a bolt-on. I agree with your thinking. And I think taking the seats out also should put you on the bolton list.

That definitely would have helped. I'm on the list just moving down, but that's a good thing. Now I get a chance with the new car but will need to remove the big wing creating drag

Correct. Removing seats etc. is a weight reduction mod. The only time I've seen anyone get to keep their time on the stock list with a different tire was a switch to an all season tire with less grip and a higher tread wear rating. Even then they had to fight to stay on the stock list.

Ha Ha... yeah I would be going from 100 treadware to like 340. But I'll probably just keep the Goodyears on anyway. Back in the early 5th Gen days we stripped everything down on one of our club members car and put him at the top of the bone stock fast list.

It's pretty simple. Run your car, post your slip, be honest about your mods. Obviously, the A10 has a huge advantage.

For a good time, you'd better stick with the Goodyears. Lol! I'll likely pull seats and slap on some DRs at some point just to see what it'll do, but I'd post my time on the bolt on list if I do.
