They chewed one of my rides, In case you are not a good shot with a pellet rifle:

I use both pellets and traps.

Sounds like a thread for a sequel to Caddyshack.
Have a squirrel that shows up in my driveway most days that has half a tail. I've been feeding him peanut butter crackers ... looks like I've made a big mistake.

So let me get this straight: the engine bay is not a safe place to store squirrels?

a squirral chewed up my car

Been there, only my trouble are Rats, (near the water). I caught it early and found an ultrasonic rodent repeller on line fairly cheap that I zip tied to my radiator support. No more Rats. Two C cell batteries once a year, cheap insurance.Just checked the box, says squirrels too. Called a P3 International Under Hood Animal Repeller. Find it with Google.

Would have put a 9mm hole through the window if I didnt have neighbors.

So, I decided to thin the herd. Over 150 of them bastards are no longer with us. And those that are left no longer come down the trees into my yard. I see them all over the neighborhood but they hardly ever come down into my yard any more.

I think they mark the trees somehow - maybe pour a little out for their homies that didnt make it back - to remind them not to come down that tree any more. Either way, they havent been on my columns in some time.....

Sure they weren't chipmunks?
I hear chipmunks can do serious damage to wiring.

Like mentioned earlier, all these animals love the soy-based wiring insulation.
