Anybody know if there is a Mil for TPMS
I am thinking of not running TPMS in the new drag setup and wanted to know if there is a Mil in HP Tuners we can turn off so we don't get the warning and lose any performance features?
Or, Are you guys running sensors in your beadlock drag packs?

I run sensors in my drag pack and I retrain the sensors with the amount of air I am gonna run at the track, 16-19Lbs in the rears and 50 in the fronts. This way you dont get the low pressure light and an email from Onstar saying my tires are low!

Do your rear wheels have Beadlocks? I called Weld Racing and they could not confirm the sensors will fit.

I noticed in the gmparts website there are 2 different sensors. 1 for 20 inch wheels and 1 for 18s. Wonder if the 18inch ones would work better?

I'm out of my depth here with the drag talk, but are you going to be running skinnies on the front?
The TPMS logic says ALL sensors need to be present or NO sensors need to be present. We learned on the road racing side that if your race wheels don't have sensors, it doesn't trip the warnings.

So, I can remove all sensors and all will be fine? But it will still throw a TPMS light, right? |

If no sensors are present, you will get the tire light and all driving modes/features will be avail.

I don't mind not using the sensors, but if I don't, that leads me back to my question can the light be turned off with tuning software as we do with other check engine light stuff?

I have the ForgeStar wheels and I bought the exact same sensors that were in the stock 20's that came with the car. No issues at all.
