6th Gen wheel fitment

Was curious if 5th Gen wheels will fit on a 6th Gen and vice versa.

Had that info been released?

The bolt patterns shouldn't have changed and the body track/width changed very little. I am pretty sure swap-ability will be possible.

I think it has basically been confirmed that bolt pattern is the same. Hopefully bore is as well, and last but not least, would be great if the same, or similar offsets work too.

I'm wondering if 5th gen Z28 wheels would look small inside the wheelwell of the 6th gen. Here's the diameter of both:

6th gen SS: 27.57"
5th gen Z28: 26.2"
5th gen SS: 28.66"
5th gen 1le: 27.85"

See this picture for an example:

Yes, but not by much, better than the current 1LE. Plus it will still stick out from the fenders.

If you study the pics of the 6th gen SS, the wheel to fender gap is much smaller vs the gap on the 1LE. So that being said, the 5th gen Z28 wheels/tires on the 6th gen SS will have a smaller wheel to fender gap, but not by much.

I thought they would use the same bolt pattern as the ATS, which is not the same.

Yes they will work. I'm going to the taller tire like my 15 ss. Probably the same on the drag radials.
