Tire noise or wheel bearing

I’ve noticed decent road noise between 25mph to 40mph coming from the front. So far I have 5k miles on my 2021 SS, I’ve noticed this once it hit 5k miles. Are these Goodyears RF known to experience road noise after a certain amount of mileage? Also when it’s cold in the mornings and I try to make a sharp and slow right turn, my car experiences a sort of hop, once the car has been driven, I don’t experience the hop anymore.

Camaro is completely stock/non mag suspension.

The Michelin Pilot Sport SS's on my Corvette were quiet for the first few thousand miles but once they had some wear they did get louder.

As for the hop, that's just from the diff fluid not being at temp. Normal and not a problem.

Yes.
The noise starts at about 0 miles and lasts until you get rid of them.

Certain roads can make the noise worse as well.

My Eagle F1 SC3's are loud af on certain areas of the highway. I thought there was something wrong till I figured out it's always in the same area of the highway.

There is a reason why they cost $1200 for a set. They are pretty good option for a mix of track and street but I prefer the Michelins for street and I am sure there are better track tires but they cost a lot more.

Unless you drove over a curb or hit a massive pothole, I would be surprised if it was a wheel bearing at 5k miles. You can quickly test each wheel bearing if you have a floor jack:
