Custom exhaust setup installing next week!

My buddy finally has all the parts in for his custom exhaust setup. Custom fabbed 3" 304 stainless resonated cat deletes for track use (3" kooks ball flanges/2-bolt flanges, vibrant 3" x 6" race mufflers, vibrant 304 stainless saddle-seat o2 bungs), ARP stainless header bolts and ARP stainless collector bolts/nuts/washers, CSP 2" jet hot coated longtubes, G-Sport GESI 850hp per bank Gen 2 cats for street use, dual Vibrant 304 stainless 3" x 6" turboflex sections, dual 3" x 22" Magnaflow resonators for the OEM x pipe, Corsa Sport axle back with 3" crimp delete. The goal is zero rasp regardless of cats/no cats and no drone, with all the glorious sound.

Vids coming soon!

What kind of emissions and catalytic tests are there in Georgia? I'm thinking you plan on swapping the converters in for the test and then back out afterwards.

Not my car, buddy's car, but no he will run full cats as required for street use. The cats are EPA certified as well at G-Sport for these specific ones and the front and rear o2's will be fully active. If he road courses it, he will use the deletes for those runs only. If you were going to swap in/out for emissions only, no reason to buy such a robust cat imo.

Cheers. He is stoked and me too frankly. Current setup has zero drone when I rode with him.
